The Challenge

National postal and logistics operators needed to track high-value assets (secure containers) across the EU without relying on non-sovereign satellite networks or battery-hungry cellular trackers. The solution required “install-and-forget” reliability.

Our Solution

We engineered a custom hardware platform focused on extreme power efficiency and security:

  1. Dual-Connectivity: Primary communication via private LoRaWAN networks, with NB-IoT backup for coverage gaps.
  2. Smart Geofencing: Device wakes up only when motion pattern indicates arrival/departure, saving 90% battery vs. continuous tracking.
  3. Physical Security: Anti-tamper mesh detecting enclosure breach attempts.

Supply Chain Sovereignty

  • Made in EU: PCB fabrication and assembly in Czech Republic.
  • EU Silicon: Primary MCU and RF components sourced from European vendors (STMicro, Nordic).
  • Data Residency: End-to-end encryption from sensor to EU cloud.
